What we do
- Explain treatment and recovery options in plain language
- Maintain a provider directory with sources and last-verified dates
- Help families prepare questions for admissions teams and insurers
- Point to public and government-operated resources
- Offer peer-informed navigation support by phone
What we are not
NYC Recovery Navigation Network is not a detox center, rehab facility, hospital, medical practice, emergency service, crisis hotline, or government agency. We are not affiliated with 988, NYC Well, NYS OASAS, NYC Health + Hospitals, or any government program. We do not provide treatment, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or insurance determinations.
