Scope of role: operates the service, sets policy, and is accountable for the accuracy of published information. Does not provide clinical care.
Peer Navigation Lead
Scope of role: peer-informed support, explaining options, and helping people prepare questions. Does not diagnose, assess, or treat.
Clinical Content Reviewer
Scope of role: reviews educational content for accuracy against primary sources. Does not review individual cases or provide medical advice to visitors.
Privacy / Consumer Support Contact
Scope of role: handles privacy questions, correction requests, and complaints about listings or content.
